John and Sandy Hendricks of Ovation Design Build approached our kitchen and master bath remodel projects with enthusiasm and a high level of expertise, experience and professionalism. In each case, they spent time with us to better understand what we wanted, and then came up with a design plan that reflected both us and our life style perfectly. Sandy has wonderful design ideas, and John is expert at implementing them. They have great resources both for the material needed for the project (countertops, tile, hardware, cabinets etc.), and the people who can install them to their exact standards. They both have an eye for detail and like a job to be done correctly, and the results show that. While they took our ideas into account, there are so many features we continue to appreciate every day that are a direct result of the excellent suggestions and guidance that Sandy and John provided. Their friendly manner certainly enhanced the whole experience.

When we wanted to have our kitchen and half bath remodeled, we called upon the services of John and Sandy and Ovation Design/Build, and we went to a workshop they offered on a Saturday to help us learn how to get a great remodel and not break the bank. It was a very informative workshop, and we came away with many ideas for what we wanted to do. After we signed the contract, John was down here (a hefty drive from Lake Oswego) daily, and he and Sandy finished ahead of schedule. We are very happy with our newly remodeled areas, and have received countless comments on how wonderful it turned out. Ovation really pulled out all the stops to try to match our new kitchen flooring with the hand-scraped wooden floors in our entryway and library. Although our current flooring was no longer manufactured, they found on that looked exactly like it, for a flawless transition. We spoke with John and Sandy about two projects we wanted. They listened carefully to our ideas and helped us envision the options we would encounter. They were responsive, professional and creative. I hired Ovation Design Build in August 2016 to do a complete master bathroom remodel. The design work that Sandy did was outstanding! Prior to the bathroom remodel, the area was very partitioned off and felt extremely cramped (simply put, it was a poor use of space.) After Sandy evaluated the space we had to work with, she as able to create a very open, highly functional accommodating master bathroom, the difference from the original floor plan was night and day!!! – L.
